Rick Davis

Mr. Davis began a career in Real Estate sales and Appraising in his hometown of Quincy, Illinois after completion of a degree and working as an intern in the field of appraising at Urbana, Illinois. Beginning in 1981, he helped establish a real estate firm with his father and later acquired full ownership (1991). Finally, in 2020, sold the firm to another real estate group that retained me as an advisor until 2023 when I began working remotely as a Broker in the firm. I was active in many organizations and appointed a Commissioner to the Quincy Housing Authority (providing oversite to Low Income HUD subsidized and Section 8 program units) for over 17 Years.
