Jim Balfour

Jim Balfour is a professional business man that has worked in the Quincy area for over 40 years. As a human resource manager, Jim enjoyed a successful career helping many people secure successful careers. In 2016, Jim retired from his long-time profession and started a career in Real Estate. As a broker in Illinois, Jim enjoys working with his clients and helping them find their dream home. He and his wife Connie have three children and six grandchildren. His motto is “The best is yet to come!”.
