Janet Canavan

Janet has been an active member and volunteer in the community of Quincy for over 20 years, including time spent coaching Little League baseball and through participation in activities at her children’s schools. Janet’s service on boards relating to the “pet world”, include being a Director of The Quincy Humane Society and “Paw Pals” – which serve to ensure pets in our area gain a better quality of life, through family friendly fundraising activities and educational programs. Janet attended both Quincy Senior High and Quincy College. Through the management and ownership of a local commercial business, Janet has learned how to provide professional leadership and good financial decision-making. Janet has gained significant experience with sales financed by Rural Development loans; along with all types of residential, acreage or rental type properties. She prides herself in strong follow through, with the intent of making every client feel they are her highest priority.
